This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. The Construction Foreman serves as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to align goals and drive successful outcomes. Detailed Description Job Requirements Education Required High school diploma or GED. Satisfactory completion of formal maintenance training or apprenticeship program, post-high school technical or military training program, or eight years of experience in the construction trade. Desired Additional technical training in management, leadership, or mechanical or utility maintenance. Experience Required Supervisory experience in managing teams or crews in a related field. Four years of experience related to utility construction and maintenance of interceptor systems, including experience in the following: o Trenching, pipe laying, manhole installation, and pump station construction. o In-depth understanding of wastewater treatment processes, sewer systems, and related infrastructure. o Experience in creating project timelines, coordinating resources, and sequencing construction activities. o Experience in addressing and resolving on-site challenges, such as utility conflicts, unexpected subsurface conditions, or weather delays. Desired Experience leading utility construction crews, assigning tasks, and managing on-site workflows. Licenses and Certifications Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Class A CDL and Tank Endorsement designation from the state of residence within one year of hire.
