What We Offer $40-$50/hr DOE Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 DOE Medical, dental, vision, prescription, paid vacation/holidays, 401(k) Quarterly bonus plan, tuition reimbursement, paid training Year-round work across retail, food service, data center, and industrial customers What You'll Do Help manage the installation P&L for a geography and ensure project profitability Plan and coordinate installation projects: materials, permits, schedules, manpower forecasts Report on job status and make sure customer expectations are met Build strong relationships with customers, GCs, and subcontractors Hire, onboard, coach, and manage foremen, journeymen, and apprentices Drive safety, PPE use, and compliance with installation policies What You Bring High school diploma/GED or trade school; college a plus 5+ years in commercial construction or a related industry 2+ years as a foreman or other supervisor Labor hour estimation, forecasting, and P&L experience Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Comfortable with email, Excel, dispatch and ERP software Good driving record Full-time. Background check and drug screen required.
