Pipe Foreman•Underground Utilities $80,000•130,000 A growing site development contractor is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead crews on underground utility installation projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong experience in water, sewer, and storm drain work . Key Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations for underground utility installation Lead crews installing water, sanitary sewer, and storm systems Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production goals Read and interpret plans, elevations, and specifications Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Communicate effectively with Superintendents and project teams Enforce trench safety and jobsite compliance Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Pipe Foreman or Lead Utility Foreman Strong background in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm) Ability to read civil drawings and understand grades Proven leadership and crew management skills Knowledge of trench safety and OSHA requirements Benefits Stable pipeline of local work Health insurance and benefits package Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Opportunities for advancement Get job alerts Share Copied to clipboard Related roles Land Development Project Manager
