Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system management. Manage the installation of new landscaping features such as gardens, trees, and hardscapes. Train and mentor team members on best practices in horticulture, gardening, and equipment usage. Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any issues promptly. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping operations is essential. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and irrigation systems is required. Familiarity with construction processes related to landscaping projects is a plus. Strong understanding of horticulture principles and gardening techniques will be beneficial.
