Job Description
JLC Excavating, LLC is looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to join our team. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in sitework, underground utilities, and dirt work who can lead a crew while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a utility crew on commercial and residential projects. Read and interpret plans and grades. Install water, sewer, and storm drain utilities. Coordinate daily work with operators and laborers. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications. Perform quality control and maintain a clean, organized job site. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in underground utilities and sitework. Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of water, sewer, and storm utility installation. Experience with excavation, grading, and dirt work. Ability to read construction plans and grades. Valid driver's license required.
