Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Crew Leader to spearhead construction projects, ensuring that every phase is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse teams on complex construction sites, utilizing your expertise in project management, technical skills, and leadership to deliver outstanding results. As a Crew Leader, you will be instrumental in coordinating activities, supervising team members, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately. Oversee quality control measures to ensure adherence to safety standards (OSHA), building codes, and client requirements. Assist in Managing project budgets by monitoring costs, tracking resource usage, and assisting with construction estimating and budgeting processes. Collaborate with project managers on contract administration, project scheduling, and managing subcontractors or vendors involved in the pipeline or heavy civil projects. Assist in Maintaining detailed records of daily activities, safety incidents, material deliveries, and work progress for transparency and accountability. Experience Proven supervisory experience in construction environments with a strong background in managing crews. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Knowledge of contracts administration and the ability to coordinate subcontractors effectively. Hands-on experience with construction site safety procedures. Strong management skills with a history of supervising teams; excellent communication skills for coordinating between stakeholders.
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
