  • Full-time Position Summary Fischer Services is seeking a strong Plumbing Field Supervisor to support and lead our growing plumbing division throughout the greater Seattle market.
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day field leadership, technician support, quality oversight, safety accountability, customer experience reinforcement, and operational consistency across residential plumbing operations. This is a leadership role designed for someone who understands both the technical side of the plumbing trade and the importance of building a strong team culture. The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates professionally, holds employees accountable, and takes pride in developing technicians while supporting operational success. Key Responsibilities Provide daily field leadership and support to plumbing technicians Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and field training Ensure quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Support scheduling efficiency and workflow coordination with dispatch and operations Assist technicians with technical troubleshooting and escalations in the field Reinforce company safety standards, policies, and Washington State compliance requirements Monitor technician performance, productivity, and overall field execution Assist with onboarding and mentoring new employees Support operational consistency, communication, and accountability across the team Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented presence in the field and within the organization Qualifications Journeyman Plumbing License preferred (PL02 or PL01 strongly preferred) Minimum 5+ years of residential plumbing experience Prior leadership, field supervision, or mentoring experience preferred Strong understanding of residential service plumbing operations Ability to lead teams professionally while maintaining accountability Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using mobile technology, tablets, dispatch platforms, and digital communication tools Valid Washington State driver's license with acceptable driving record What We're Looking For We are looking for a leader who: Leads with professionalism and respect Builds trust and accountability with technicians Understands urgency while maintaining quality Supports culture, teamwork, and operational excellence Can balance field leadership with customer experience Wants to grow with a long-term, team-oriented organization Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) program Ongoing leadership and professional development opportunities Stable, growing organization with long-term opportunity About Fischer Services Fischer Services is a growing home services organization serving customers throughout the Puget Sound region across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and restoration services.
