Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Fence and Dec Lead to run crews and oversee exterior projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on building experience, and the ability to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards. This is not just a labor position — this is a leadership role. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew on active job sites Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within scope Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and jobsite cleanliness Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners Train and mentor crew members Enforce safety protocols and company procedures Track materials used and ensure proper job cost reporting Conduct daily jobsite planning and delegation Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on construction experience (fencing, decking, siding preferred) Proven leadership experience managing crews Ability to read plans and measure accurately Strong problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and professional attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (DOE) A company that values quality over shortcuts Team-oriented culture Who You Are A leader who takes ownership of your jobs Someone who shows up on time and holds others accountable Detail-oriented and quality-focused Solution-driven when challenges arise Committed to safety and professionalism If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and integrity, we want to hear from you.
