About the Role The Enhancement Landscape Foreman leads a crew performing landscape improvements and enhancement projects for existing commercial clients throughout King County. Typical projects include mulch installation, seasonal color, plantings, drainage improvements, irrigation repairs, aeration, trenching, turf renovations, and other property upgrades. Key Responsibilities Understand and implement job specifications for each site Assign daily tasks to crew members and ensure compliance Perform landscape enhancement projects and support commercial landscape maintenance operations as needed, including mulch installation, plantings, seasonal color, soil and bark installation, debris removal, drainage improvements, aeration, trenching, and turf renovations Operate landscape equipment safely Report equipment in need of repair and supervise safe loading/unloading Assist with training of crews and evaluate performance Discuss job site observations with management and ensure adherence to company policies Promote and maintain safe working conditions and resolve crew conflicts Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience required Previous experience working on commercial properties preferred Ability to communicate effectively with crew members, field supervisors, and management Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a nice-to-have Valid driver's license Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment and tools Strong leadership and time management skills Physical Demands Constantly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand and walk. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, climb, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Working Conditions Frequently works outdoors and with mechanical equipment. Occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
