If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in safety, quality, and keeping projects on schedule, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise interior demolition crews on job sites
  • Coordinate daily work and ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Read and interpret project plans and scopes of work
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
  • Operate demolition equipment and power tools
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Train and mentor crew members
  • Ensure all work meets company safety standards and local regulations Qualifications
  • 3+ years of interior demolition experience required
  • Previous foreman or crew leadership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and residential demolition
  • Ability to operate demolition equipment and tools safely
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • Dependable, motivated, and able to lead by example We Offer
