Lead Framer Hill Top Craftsmen Spokane, WA | Fulltime | $29-$34 per hour Build Your Career with a Team That Values Quality Hill Top Craftsmen is a growing commercial framing contractor serving Spokane and the surrounding area. We build quality structures while creating opportunities for skilled tradespeople to grow their careers. We're looking for an experienced Lead Framer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and is ready to take on more responsibility. Whether your experience comes from commercial framing or strong residential framing, we're looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career with a growing company. What You'll Do Lead a small crew or assigned portion of commercial framing projects Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Perform layout work and ensure framing is completed accurately Coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman to keep projects on schedule Maintain high standards for quality and safety Mentor and support less experienced team members Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production What We're Looking For Several years of framing experience, preferably in commercial construction Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work Experience leading crews or coordinating work in the field Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable with a consistent work history Positive attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanship Reliable transportation to job sites What We Offer $29-$34 per hour , based on experience Consistent, year-round work Opportunities o grow into a Foreman position Supportive leadership and ongoing development Team-oriented company culture Challenging commercial projects that build your skills How to Apply If you're ready to join a company that values craftsmanship, leadership, and long-term career growth, apply today with your resume.
