Responsibilities Lead and manage roofing crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide installation processes Coordinate construction schedules using project management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore to meet deadlines Enforce OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections Supervise on-site activities, including quality control, safety protocols, and adherence to construction regulations Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and contract management Review construction drawings and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility before installation begins Manage crew performance through effective communication, training, and supervision of team members Skills Extensive experience with heavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, Primavera, and other construction management software Strong knowledge of construction safety management practices aligned with OSHA standards and federal regulations Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and technical specifications Skilled in project scheduling, construction site coordination, and managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced construction environment Familiarity with budgeting processes, contracts management, and quality control procedures Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members at all levels Hands-on experience with construction site safety equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary Deep understanding of commercial construction practices and regulations related to roofing projects Join us as a Roofing Foreman where your expertise will directly impact project success!
