Landscape Construction Foreman

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Construction Foreman, where you will lead and oversee the execution of landscape construction projects. 2 year minimum experience required leading a landscape / hardscape crew. Understanding of grades and use of laser required. Ability to operate mini excavator & skid loader required. Ability to read and scale landscape plans to install projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards across all job sites. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to clarify project details and resolve issues promptly. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or related outdoor projects. Strong background in landscape installation practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Hands-on experience with equipment operation related to landscaping and construction tasks. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
