Ryan Construction Services, Inc. is currently accepting applications for an experienced Lineman Foreman to lead crews in aerial fiber installation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads from the front, and understands what it takes to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience hanging aerial conduit for fiber Ability to read and understand project blueprints Must be comfortable climbing poles and working from a bucket truck Knowledge of tools and equipment required for fiber installation Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred) Must be willing to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day crew operations Coordinate with clients on project details, timelines, and expectations Assist in hiring and training new team members Complete and maintain daily paperwork and reporting Lead by example when it comes to safety, production, and quality This position is for someone who knows the work, understands leadership, and is ready to take ownership of a crew and project from start to finish.

Pay:

$25.00
