Job Description
We are a growing, family-owned construction company specializing in structural repairs, foundations, waterproofing, concrete, and residential construction. We are looking for an experienced Senior Foreman who takes pride in producing exceptional work, leading crews, and solving problems in the field. This is not an entry-level foreman position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from the initial layout through final walkthrough while mentoring the next generation of skilled tradesmen. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a 3-5 person construction crew Plan daily work activities and keep projects moving efficiently Perform and oversee concrete work including foundations, footings, slabs, walls, flatwork, and structural repairs Operate heavy equipment including mini excavators and skid steers Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Coordinate with homeowners, project management, and office staff Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards Troubleshoot field issues and make sound decisions independently Train and mentor crew members while maintaining accountability and productivity Perform final quality inspections and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading construction crews Extensive experience with concrete construction, forming, pouring, placement, and finishing Experience operating heavy equipment with a strong safety record Working knowledge of multiple trades including framing, siding, roofing, excavation, and general construction Ability to read plans and manage projects with minimal supervision Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and qualify under our commercial insurance requirements OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred What We Offer Competitive salary with overtime opportunities 401(k) with company-match Performance bonuses based on project completion, quality, and profitability Paid holidays and paid time off Stable, year-round employment Local projects with daily home time Company-provided tools and safety equipment Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow The Right Candidate We're looking for someone who leads by example, holds themselves and their crew to high standards, communicates professionally with customers, and takes ownership of every project. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
