Job Description

About Us:
Reliable Home Repair, Inc. is a small, family-owned general contracting company who prides ourselves on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We specialize in all sorts of residential repairs, water mitigation, remodels, commercial renovations, and are dedicated to providing our clients with reliable, high-quality results. We're looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of labor tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to: Loading and unloading materials and equipment. Digging holes. small trenches, backfilling, and grading. Assisting with demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal. Moving tools to and from work areas. Operating small hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assisting carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety procedures and regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or a labor field. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
