This energetic position involves hands-on work to assess, mitigate, and restore homes and commercial spaces, ensuring clients receive top-quality service. You'll be an essential part of a fast-paced restoration crew dedicated to bringing properties back to life with efficiency and professionalism. No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow within the restoration industry. Responsibilities Respond promptly to water, fire, and mold damage calls, performing initial assessments of affected areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to remove damaged materials, perform demolition, and prepare sites for restoration. Conduct cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and sanitation to ensure thorough cleanup of affected spaces. Assist with mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols and industry standards. Support restoration projects by performing construction-related tasks such as drywall repair, painting, flooring replacement, and general labor. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress updates for each project. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, crawling, and standing for extended periods. Prior experience in the restoration industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, construction techniques, and cleaning equipment preferred. Knowledge of water damage restoration processes or fire restoration experience is highly desirable. Willingness to learn about mold remediation, asbestos abatement procedures, and other specialized restoration services. Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols; ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Valid driver's license required; clean driving record preferred.
