Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material organization Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery such as concrete mixers and pumps safely and efficiently Conduct heavy lifting tasks and handle materials for masonry, roofing, carpentry, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry Follow all safety regulations related to construction workplace safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with team members on construction projects Experience Proven experience working on diverse construction sites with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations Knowledge of carpentry including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, roofing, and flooring installation Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with heavy lifting equipment operation and commercial driving is preferred Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
