This is a hands-on position with opportunity to learn and grow in the construction field. Crave Alaska operates all year round and includes occasional outside work.

Duties Include:

Assisting carpenters and crew leaders Loading and unloading materials Job site cleanup and organization Basic framing and construction support Operating hand and power tools Assisting with deliveries and setup

Requirements:

Construction experience helpful but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to work outdoors in Alaska conditions Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred
