Masonry Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Masonry Laborer to join our masonry team. The ideal candidate will assist in various masonry tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team on-site. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Support skilled masons in tasks such as stocking stone, mixing mortar, building scaffoldin. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Experience Previous experience in laborer role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. Reliable transportation and punctuality is a must.
