"Keeping Alaskan Homes Happy and Warm", Rock Solid serves Eagle River, Peters Creek, Palmer, Wasilla, Big Lake and Anchorage. Position Full time Dispatcher will work directly with our office staff and service team. Responsibilities & Duties Manage incoming service calls/emails/chats Dispatch & schedule techs Support techs with tools needed to service clients Maintain Service Fusion log (create and follow up on jobs) Parts follow-ups & research Create & edit T&M contracts Create estimates & document change orders for quoted work Service agreements and renewals reporting Create & maintain systems for warranty registrations and call logs Maintain & order office supplies Renew vehicle tags and contractor/business licenses HR tracking including new hire paperwork, track vacation time, payroll Clean shop (trash/floors) Other tasks such as filing, answering phones, etc Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service
• Plumbing industry knowledge and experience preferred but not required
• Prior Office Management experience a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word Full time Competitive Salary DOE Health/Dental/Vision Benefits available
