Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces? We are seeking talented and experienced Paver Installers to join our dynamic team! As a Paver Installer, you will play a crucial role in creating beautiful and functional outdoor environments for our clients.Responsibilities:
- Install various types of pavers, including concrete, brick, and stone, following established guidelines and specifications.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling the ground, and ensuring proper drainage.
- Collaborate with the project team to determine appropriate paver layouts and designs.
- Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure precise paver installation.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for paver installation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards to guarantee a secure work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve installation practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paver Installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various paver materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for paver installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle demanding tasks, like lifting at least 60 pounds.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to travel if needed within the state of Alabama.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position requires the ability to work a diverse range of hours, including occasional Saturdays, and even in challenging weather conditions.
