Candidates will assist with site cleanup, debris removal, setting up drying equipment, and moving or protecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This position requires individuals who are comfortable working in active construction and remediation environments and can perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Clean and remove debris, damaged materials, and construction waste from work areas. Assist with demolition and removal of damaged materials as directed. Set up, move, and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers. Move, relocate, and protect furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed. Assist with packing, loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment. Perform basic carpentry and repair work as needed. Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the project. Follow project-specific safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Assist skilled tradesmen and remediation crews with various tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous construction, restoration, remediation, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as required. Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical labor for extended periods. Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Must be safety-conscious and able to follow site-specific safety requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and dusty areas. Ability to safely move furniture, fixtures, equipment, and debris.
