Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in various phases of construction projects, from foundational work to finishing touches. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to building high-quality structures while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple construction disciplines and work on diverse projects that make a real impact. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and site cleanup Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with marine construction projects, including building docks, piers, and other waterfront structures. Drive and install pilings using specialize equipment. Perform construction work from barges and over-water work platforms. Load, unload and transport materials to job sites. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans Conduct heavy lifting and material handling while following safety protocols for all physical tasks Support renovation and restoration projects by applying carpentry skills such as framing,Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings accurately Proficiency in concrete work including mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material quantities and project timelines Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy machinery or equipment as needed Skilled in masonry techniques, tile laying, flooring installation, and stucco applications.
