Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Construction Worker/Labor to join remodeling team. Should be able to complete a variety of tasks with minimal to no assistance. Drywall, Drywall finishing, Framing, General carpentry, Light electrical, Light plumbing. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and other required equipment. Operate power tools and manual equipment safely to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling duties while adhering strictly to workplace safety regulations to prevent injuries. Support the installation of structural components, including framing, roofing, and siding, following detailed instructions. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on construction equipment to ensure optimal operation throughout the project lifecycle. Follow OSHA safety standards and construction safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards and respiratory protection protocols. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and climbing activities. Experience with industrial construction projects or similar environments is preferred. Strong understanding of safety regulations relevant to construction work sites, with a focus on implementing best practices for workplace safety.
