Construction Laborer

Job Overview Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction, maintenance, and operational functions. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a team environment, and a commitment to safety and quality. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized and accessible. Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met effectively. Experience Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team is essential. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety practices is a plus.
