Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you'll assist with various construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on involvement will help bring innovative structures to life while adhering to strict safety protocols. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete / mortar mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing or block and brick Follow all safety regulations related to construction workplace safety standards and protocols Help with demolition, renovation projects, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and other specialized trades as needed Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of construction safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces when required Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively on-site Valid driver's license or transportation required.
