Construction Laborer Conway, AR 72034 $14
  • $18 an hour

  • $18 an hour
  • Full-time Assist with excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and compaction.
Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, levels, and compactors. Follow directions from equipment operators and supervisors. Help set grade stakes, layout lines, and check elevations. Clean and maintain job sites, tools, and equipment. Load and unload materials as needed. Ensure job site safety by following all company and OSHA regulations. Perform basic maintenance on tools and report equipment issues. Support heavy equipment operations with spotter or ground guidance when needed. Assist with erosion control, drainage systems, and base preparation.
