Construction General Laborer

Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction General Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Prior construction experience. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support skilled tradespeople by holding, lifting, and moving materials and tools as needed Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work environment Assist in the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components under supervision Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries Operate basic hand tools and equipment with proper training Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable transportation to job sites Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not required Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass drug screenings This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in construction while contributing to meaningful projects.
