This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the restoration industry. You'll start by assisting our crews with restoration and cleanup projects, learning the tools, equipment, and processes used to help people recover after property damage. With training, hard work, and a desire to learn, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a Mitigation Technician role and take on greater responsibility. What You'll Do Assist restoration crews with cleanup, demolition, moving contents, and job-site preparation Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials Keep job sites, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized Work safely and follow direction from experienced technicians Provide professional and respectful service to customers Learn restoration skills and techniques through hands-on training What We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Good communication and attention to detail Able to work in different environments and occasionally work nights, weekends, or overtime when needed Previous construction, restoration, or labor experience is helpful, but not required Grow Your Career This isn't just a labor position.
