At American Structure, we specialize in foundation repair and substructure replacement, providing homeowners and businesses with lasting solutions to ensure their structures are safe and stable. We are expanding our team to meet increasing demand, and we're looking for a dedicated Crew Supervisor to lead and manage our skilled crew to success. As Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring that foundation repair and drainage projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will guide a team of technicians and ensure the smooth execution of every project, from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the crew during foundation repair and drainage projects.
- Ensure all projects are executed safely, according to industry standards, and in compliance with local building codes.
- Provide hands-on assistance with challenging repairs when needed, offering technical expertise to the team.
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with sales and project managers to determine the most effective repair solutions.
- Coordinate daily tasks, manage job site logistics, and maintain proper materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and customer updates.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and high-quality work.
- Communicate regularly with customers to update them on project progress, timelines, and any potential issues.
- Assist with communication with customers after a job is completed, including picking up checks and completing final walk throughs
Qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience in construction, specifically in foundation repair methods, including excavation, wall and substructure replacement, waterproofing, and drainage solutions
- Proven experience leading and supervising teams in the field.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and foundation plans.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
