We are expanding our team to meet increasing demand, and we're looking for a dedicated Crew Supervisor to lead and manage our skilled crew to success. As Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring that foundation repair and drainage projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will guide a team of technicians and ensure the smooth execution of every project, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the crew during foundation repair and drainage projects.
• Ensure all projects are executed safely, according to industry standards, and in compliance with local building codes.
• Provide hands-on assistance with challenging repairs when needed, offering technical expertise to the team.
• Conduct site assessments and collaborate with sales and project managers to determine the most effective repair solutions.
• Coordinate daily tasks, manage job site logistics, and maintain proper materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and customer updates.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and high-quality work.
• Communicate regularly with customers to update them on project progress, timelines, and any potential issues.
• Assist with communication with customers after a job is completed, including picking up checks and completing final walk throughs

Qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience in construction, specifically in foundation repair methods, including excavation, wall and substructure replacement, waterproofing, and drainage solutions
• Proven experience leading and supervising teams in the field.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and foundation plans.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
