Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Tradesman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of construction projects, contributing your expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive project success from foundational work to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while working on diverse renovation, restoration, and new construction projects. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, concrete forming, and concrete finishing to create durable structures. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute framing, metal stud framing, and carpentry tasks. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor necessary for site preparation, material handling, and structural assembly. Execute masonry work including stucco, tile laying, and brick or block work for various projects. Conduct roofing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and flooring installation as needed. Support demolition, renovation, restoration efforts, and site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety protocols. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Hands-on experience with concrete pumping, concrete mixer operation, and masonry techniques. Skills in metal stud framing, drywall installation, roofing systems, and tile laying are highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and the use of hand tools and power tools effectively. Prior experience in commercial driving or operating construction machinery is a plus.
