As a General Construction Laborer you will be on the tools every day, turning plans into finished facilities that owners occupy on schedule. Your work directly affects job-site safety, production speed, and the reputation we have earned since 1987. + Complete assigned site-prep, demolition, and material-handling tasks so each crew hits its daily production target without rework. + Maintain a zero-incident personal safety record by following MYCON's site-specific safety plan and stopping work when hazards appear. + Stage materials, tools, and equipment so trades start each shift within 15 minutes of arrival. + Support carpenters, concrete, and steel crews by forming, pouring, stripping, and cleaning so quality checkpoints pass first time. + Keep work areas broom-clean and organized, reducing trip hazards and accelerating punch-list close-out. + Report progress, shortages, and issues to the superintendent before they delay the critical path. You will report to the Project Superintendent and work alongside a 201-500 person team of craft professionals on Dallas-area industrial and commercial jobs.
