Duties Assist with various remodeling tasks including carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile laying, and painting to support project completion. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements. Support the setup and teardown of job sites, including framing, door hanging, caulking, and trim carpentry. Help with material handling, fabrication, and installation of cabinetry, glass, countertops, and fixtures. Perform basic construction inspection tasks such as verifying measurements and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Willingness to learn construction techniques such as concrete forming, masonry, stucco application, roofing, restoration work, and heavy equipment operation. Basic familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam is a plus. Experience or interest in construction estimating and site inspection is advantageous but not required. Ability to read blueprints or schematics is preferred; training will be provided if needed. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; dependable team player committed to safety and quality. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials safely, and perform manual labor outdoors or indoors in various weather conditions. Prior experience with hand tools, power tools, or construction site work is beneficial but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training for motivated learners.
