Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will assist with a variety of tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on work will support skilled tradespeople and contribute to the creation of durable, high-quality structures. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling components Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks such as moving materials, framing, flooring installation, and heavy equipment operation Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating tools and understanding construction equipment functions Experience with construction estimating processes is a plus for understanding project scope and materials needed Familiarity with construction site safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, rebar installation, formwork construction, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in construction.
