Conduct real-time field troubleshooting and connectivity diagnostics to resolve complex system malfunctions on-site. Oversee job site preparation, precise spatial layout coordination, and heavy material handling processes. Verify all physical repairs and hardware integrations comply strictly with regional building and safety codes. Coordinate daily with corporate project managers and external trades to guarantee continuous project workflow. Required Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of verified hands-on experience executing multi-trade workflows within commercial construction zones. Broad trade proficiency across structural framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation, and commercial hardware. Solid technical capability to read, evaluate, and extract exact measurements from engineering plans and diagrams. Active and valid driver's license paired with a reliable method of personal transportation to daily jobsites. Highly disciplined work ethic with the verified capability to operate independently or guide collaborative field crews. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience routing low-voltage wiring or terminating data connections within large commercial facilities. Previous technical maintenance or construction installation experience specifically focused on self-storage facilities. Completed safety certifications including an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 field credential.
