In this vital role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of commercial, residential, and renovation projects. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact through their work. This position offers an engaging environment where safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship are at the forefront of every day. Must have 3-5 years construction experience Duties Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support carpentry and finishing tasks Prepare construction sites by perform basic carpentry tasks such as trim work and framing Maintain a clean job site by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Must have drivers license and vehicle Must have knowledge of power tools, how to use a skill saw and read a tape measure Join us in building something great!
