Full Job Description Job Summary:
Entry level: Pay Rate $16 Tent Installer The Tent Installer is responsible for the setup, installation, and teardown of tents and related event structures at job sites, ranging from small residential events to large-scale outdoor installations. This role involves physical labor, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and operating a variety of hand and power tools.Responsibilities:
Set up and take down tents, tables, flooring, and staging equipment at job sites Prepare and clean sites before and after installation Dig stake holes and secure tent anchors, poles, and support braces Load, unload, and transport equipment to and from job sites Assemble scaffolding or platforms as needed for larger installations Clean up rubble, debris, and waste materials after jobs are complete Follow safety protocols when operating tools and handling equipment Communicate effectively with crew members and clients on-site Work collaboratively with a crew to meet job timelinesPosition Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Must have flexibility to work 6-12 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods (8+ hours) Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent customer service skills Previous tent construction and takedown experience preferred Entry-level background in construction is a plus Valid driver's license preferredPay:
$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per weekBenefits:
