Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition work on construction sites, including the removal of structures, walls, and other materials
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Dispose of debris and waste materials in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Assist with site cleanup and organization as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in demolition or construction is preferred
• Knowledge of blueprints and construction plans is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
• Familiarity with stucco, drywall, and door hanging techniques is beneficial
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
