This is a hands-on position supporting our fabrication and construction operations. No prior fabrication experience is required—we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, takes direction well, and is eager to learn. Job Duties Assist with general fabrication shop tasks and daily production needs Load, unload, lift, and move materials throughout the shop Assist fabricators and skilled tradespeople with projects as needed Prepare, organize, and stage materials for fabrication and installation Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized Help with basic shop maintenance and equipment upkeep Follow instructions from the shop manager and lead fabricators Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Perform a variety of tasks as priorities and projects change from day to day Requirements Must be 18 years or older Able to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for most of the workday Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard Comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment Able to follow directions and work well as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Must pass required drug and background screening No previous fabrication experience required—we will train the right person
