Job Description

We are a grading & excavation contractor seeking a motivated, reliable and skilled laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency on-site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the grading & excavation industry, while contributing to projects that shape our communities!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with site preparation - including clearing and setting up work zones for construction activities, offload materials and clean-up Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks pertaining to the scope of work Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all company policies and safety protocols throughout each project Skills in operating equipment such as; backhoes, skid steers and excavators is a plus, but not mandatory A "team player" is a must - we value your support and your professional growth in this vibrant field of construction and look forward to you joining our team!
