Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and assist with various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, and reliable. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the stucco industry while supporting skilled tradespeople in completing projects efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for construction tasks Perform basic demolition work as directed by supervisors Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials Support skilled workers with tasks such as measuring, mixing concrete, or assembling structures Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines Follow instructions from supervisor to ensure project timelines are met effectively Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures Valid driver's license
