Construction Laborer-Field Technician

A construction laborer-Field Technician at Cullum Homes is working closely with our superintendent making sure the daily tasks are completed to keep the home construction flowing. This position has potential room for growth in our company. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• daily cleaning of construction site in and around home being built
• cleaning and organizing materials on jobsite
• tasking trades to clean up after themselves
• dust control, along with dust control logs
• maintaining the pick up schedule for construction dumpsters
• sweeping out houses during construction process
• maintaining protective floor covering
• various skilled task as directed by Superintendent Benefits The first of the month after 60 days of employment benefits include health, vision, dental insurance and Aflac.

Ten paid holiday, and two weeks of paid time off a year begin accrual at hire, eligible to use after 90 days of employment. At 1 year of employment eligible for enrollment in the company 401(k) plan.
