If you pride yourself in your work ethic and the quality of your work, apply today to join our team The Role As a Construction Crew Member, you will: Support foundation and concrete repair projects at residential & commercial job sites. Perform physical work in trenches, crawlspaces, and confined areas Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Install systems using company-approved methods and quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time. Communicate with customers as needed to ensure understanding and satisfaction. Who You Are Reliable, hard-working individuals who thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment. People who take pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to follow established procedures. Ability to lift 50-100lbs semi frequently. A valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening. A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
