Full-time / Part-time About Us Thrive and Grow Gardens designs and installs high-quality raised garden beds, plant protection frames, irrigation systems, and other custom solutions to help people grow their own food successfully in the desert. Our mission is to make food growing easy, beautiful, and sustainable. We serve homeowners, schools, and community spaces who want to grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs in thriving, water-wise gardens. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, dependable crew member to join our installation team. You'll help build and install garden systems, set up irrigation, add soil and plants, and occasionally assist with farm work. This is a hands-on, outdoor role—perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, enjoys being outside, and is excited about helping others grow food. Responsibilities Assist in building and installing raised garden beds, trellises, plant protection frames, and irrigation systems for gardens, fruit trees, and landscape plants Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites Prepare garden sites, including digging, leveling, and soil installation Help plant and set up gardens for customers Keep work areas clean and organized Work safely and efficiently as part of a small team Qualifications Experience with hand tools, power tools, or basic construction a plus (we will train the right person) Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather year-round Ability to lift 100+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Reliable transportation to meet at job sites or company location Interest in gardening, farming, landscaping, or sustainability preferred Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Hands-on training in desert gardening and sustainable growing methods Opportunities for growth within the company Work in a supportive, mission-driven environment helping people grow their own food

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work as needed

Starting Pay:
