Position Overview We are seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians. This position involves a variety of exterior cleaning and property maintenance services performed at residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California. No prior experience is required for the right candidate. We are willing to train individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Perform professional window cleaning services Clean residential and commercial solar panels Install bird proofing systems, including bird spikes and bird netting Perform pressure washing and surface cleaning Safely use ladders, lifts, and cleaning equipment Inspect work areas and communicate with customers professionally Maintain company equipment and vehicles Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to and from work Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience (Not Required) Window cleaning Solar panel cleaning Pressure washing Bird proofing installation Construction or general labor Roofing or exterior maintenance What We Offer Paid training Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Variety of work locations and projects Opportunity to learn multiple skilled trades Consistent work opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional weekends as needed Overtime opportunities may be available How to Apply If you are dependable, motivated, and enjoy working outdoors, we'd love to hear from you.
