Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools. Load and unload construction materials and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the construction industry. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
