This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. As a Construction Worker, you will contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality construction sites while gaining valuable experience in the industry. Duties Assist in interpreting construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other equipment safely and effectively on-site Prepare construction sites by setting up formwork, metal stud framing, and rebar installation for concrete structures Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping to create durable surfaces and structures Install hardscape features such as paving stones, tiles, stucco, and caulking to enhance project aesthetics and functionality Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for all team members Conduct heavy lifting tasks and assist with the installation of concrete forms and structural components as needed Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and concrete equipment confidently Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications accurately Experience with concrete forming, finishing, cutting, pouring, and pumping techniques Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Skilled in installing rebar reinforcement, metal stud framing, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and other finish work Embark on a rewarding career where your skills build more than structures — they build futures!
