In this vital role, you will assist with a variety of hands-on tasks across construction sites, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and safely. Your contributions will support skilled tradespeople in executing concrete work, framing, finishing, and site preparation, all while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to support various tasks Help with concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to ensure quality results Install rebar and metal studs according to blueprint specifications for structural integrity Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to support carpentry, stucco, tile laying, and other finishing work Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for site development and material handling Requirements Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar laborer role is highly preferred Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete cutting, pouring, finishing, and plastering is desirable Skilled in using equipment such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and other heavy machinery Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction!
