Job Description Renewable Energy Partners, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer Apprentice to join our team for a projectlocated in Pauma Valley, California. This position is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in a California State-registered Laborer Apprenticeship Program who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction and renewable energy industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with general construction labor duties on active job sites Support skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow all job site safety protocols and company procedures Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisors Requirements Must be a current California Registered Laborer Apprentice Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Reliable transportation to job site in Pauma Valley, CA Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Commitment to workplace safety Preferred Qualifications Previous construction or labor experience (preferred but not required) Experience working on solar or renewable energy projects is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages based on apprenticeship level and applicable wage determinations Opportunity for career growth within the company Hands-on training and experience in the renewable energy sector Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday (occasional overtime may be required) How to Apply Please submit your resume and proof of apprenticeship registration.
